The causes of panic attacks can be physical, mental or emotional. Extreme exhaustion and not getting enough sleep can cause panic attacks. Unhealthy eating habits and a lack of proper nutrition can also be a reason.
Feeling mentally drained out and having difficulty in coping with emotions can also be a cause. Conflict in relations can also cause the same.
Some medical problems like heart disease and asthma can also cause these attacks. Certain medicines are also known to cause panic attacks as a side effect.
